We are passionate about providing excellent early years care and education and now believe we are ready to continue our growth journey, after taking time to consolidate our nursery group and set ourselves up for success. We are confident in the service we provide and are looking forward to putting down roots in new communities and calling them home. We are currently looking at acquiring nurseries in:

We know there are many other nursery owners and groups currently looking for nurseries to acquire, but we believe our ethos and approach positively differs from our competitors. We are committed to building on all your hard work and maintaining the wonderful things that make your nursery unique. From the outset, we will be open with you about our plans for the nursery so you can be confident that you’re passing it into the right hands.
Over the years, we have learnt from previous acquisitions and now have a robust process in place that results in the most positive process of everyone involved. The plan covers everything from time frames to communication with parents and meetings with the existing team.
Our Requirements
To ensure the right fit, we have some requirements for acquisitions. For us it’s important we bring in sustainable nurseries into our business to ensure their future stability and success for both the business and the children, parents and staff. At this time, we are able to consider single-owned nurseries in addition to groups up to 5 nurseries in size.
