International Women’s Day, 8th March, celebrates women and challenges gender stereotypes. We are proud to have a strong women workforce as well as male representation as an Early Years provider. Although our sector is proven to be female dominated, it is important that men are supported too, especially in this industry, to educate about gender equality.
We are proud to have built a workplace where women can thrive, we have incredible female educators who give the best care to our children in our settings. We celebrate their accomplishments, to ensure they are recognised for their hard work and dedication.
As we are mindful about career progression, Dionne, our Head of Training and Development provides essential as well as new and upcoming courses for our employees to take part in. From First Aid and Wellbeing to a detailed Safeguarding course, we want our employees to continuously expand on their knowledge.
Our nursery managers lead and motivate their teams whilst modelling best practice in Early Years Education. Supported by the senior management team, we enable them to focus on the teaching, learning and care on offer.
