Hello Ruddington!

As part of our growth plan for 2019 we have acquired our 2nd nursery of the year. Building on our strong reputation in Nottingham, with 3-well established nurseries in Bulwell and Kimberley we are proud to announce the acquisition of Tiny Teddies Day Nursery in Ruddington.

Tiny Teddies Day Nursery situated on Loughborough Road in Nottingham is a 40-place nursery with a great reputation and “Good” grading in its most recent Ofsted inspection. The nursery is incredibly well presented with a large outdoor area, something we feel is incredibly important when acquiring a nursery. Shortly after the nursery joins our group a planned refurbishment will take place to completely transform the nursery into an eco-friendly and all natural-inspired setting. When you step inside Cherubs Ruddington you won’t find bright coloured walls or plastic toys. Instead, you’ll see wooden materials, natural resources and neutral backgrounds – all supporting the children to explore, imagine and be curious. With the addition of nursery number 13 this will bring the total amount of nursery places offered by Cherubs Nurseries to 937.

Susan Mills, Managing Director commented on the latest acquisition saying “With 7 of our nurseries based in Mansfield it was about time to branched out further, so when the opportunity came up to acquire a nursery in Ruddington it was a perfect addition. I am looking forward to working with the existing team and welcoming Tiny Teddies Day Nursery soon to be Cherubs Ruddington to our growing Cherubs family. I would also like to take this opportunity to encourage any existing nursery owners to get in touch with us if they are thinking of selling. This year, especially, we are looking to grow significantly and are looking for more opportunities to grow across the Midlands.”
